Wilma tries to keep the peace between the police, the Minutemen, the counter-protesters, and the day laborers. Her main goal is to keep the Minutemen from interacting with the counter-protesters or the day laborers. Any interaction that the Minutemen have with non-Minutemen always makes her uncomfortable...
Wilma is always filming everything. Her camera is constantly on but it is unclear what exactly she is filming. Mostly she films the day laborers standing around but it is not a crime to stand around. However, the police have begun giving out loitering tickets at some of the day laborer sites but only to the laborers.
Wilma is very polite and usually keeps her calm. She is the main communication with the police and always makes sure to call them before the Minutemen arrive at their locations so a police presence is ensured at the sites.
