The 11, 12 and 13 of April we had a encuentro en Culiacán, this With the aim of keep working on preparation for the No borders camp. We started the meeting with our visions and what we want from the camp:
- set up and establishing the camp on both sides of the border is a direct accion.
-start it and outreach is the first step of the process , at the same time we should listen more proposals from people and autonomous groups.
- This gonna be a Message- We are here and while they build more walls more we gonna fight. To take it down.
- A message also to the people from all the world, To solidify the struggle against the borders and support to all the people fighting around the world.
- To break with divisions.
- To Learn and go back home and keep working on the struggle against the borders.(solidify more the struggle between the comunitys).
- A space for Direct accions ,dialogue, foros, fest,...etc
We had a conversation about the PGA Hallmarks,and also about the structure of the Camp , and like conclusion we said that the aim of the camp and the PGA are importand cuz is the base of the structure and organization. We also said that we can add somthing to this points and have more discusion about this..or somthing that we had forgot.
We made a proposal for the framework of the camp(this was a proposal that we talked during the days of the encuentro in culiacan. But we wanna clarify this can be discuss and open to more proposals from diferent groups. But we think its time to start to work on the days of the camp and have somthing with more structure.) : we made this proposal like a calendar for the camp.

Accion against capitalism and empirialism.

Sunday Art day , performances murals, grafitti in the wall.. etc.
The accions in this small calendar are in general , we did not want to talk specific things cuz is not the moment yet. But is the moment for proposals and listen more people.
A proposal came up : To have a framework of camp more specific 2 or 3 months before. This with the idea of made more outreach in a better form , “more atractive†speaking about a framework.

Logistics
A place study
We need in the camp structures: bathrooms,kitchen, health, Indy media
centers,..etc
Big tops , tents, ramadas,lamps,electry generator , gas ,stove.
And make entrys accesible for people with differently abled.
We agreed tha enlarged list will be announced with all the things that we need for the camp , this with the propisit if some body knows somthing about the list can help .(this proposal was made it also in the last encuentro en Tucson).
Food
Each grup need to bring they re alimentos basicos (beens, rice, soy, etc). We talked about vegetables, but in Mexico we cant cross diferent states with vegetables. So we have to get that around mexicali. For the water we were talking about get garrafones andre fill it and get tinaco or 200 litros container for hygiene water,.
Legal
People who lives around the border is looking more info about the laws in the area. Try to talk with friends or people who knows Lawyers or people with knowledge in this area.To Have prevention .
Media
There was no body from Indy media o centros independientes, but some people from both are working on the process. But we talked about the information in the camp , have to be not centralize, some body made the proposal of bring speakers, and loudspeaker and keep the information on the camp to all the people.
Health Set up a structure for first aids, and check the nearest hospitals. There is a grup called Angels of desert and they will be helping
No mas muertas and other grup of rescue.
Outreach Talk about the camp in the next encuentros en DF . talk we direferent collectives.
A proposal come up about make a short video with information about whats goin on in the border and at the same time like a invitation and outreach ( a call to movilization)
Also to make a flayer with more details and more about a framework.
Security
Vigilance 24 h at the camp
Make a register of the people who are coming in and come out, this with the proposal of know who is missing.
We agreed that mostly all the points of security we need to talk at the first day of the camp , and then make comissions.
Fund raising:
We said that autonomous grup have to make fund rainsing in each comunity but also was a proposal for people in mexico or a least in sinaloa and mexicali, to put out a cd ( comp ) with a book and information this with the aim of rainsing money . we need more proposals//
Translation Is an important group working in both sides this for communication between the sides. So people who speak diferents lenguages can help with this and makecomissions, And also translation before the camp , ( zines outreach etc...,).
No fences, no borders. Free movement for all. Fuck the border.
