about the exhibition: Silent*Observers exhibition was originally produced in September 2005 in Croatia as international project developed in collaboration of Multimedia Institute in Zagreb, TheTHING NYC and UCSD/CRCA San Diego, with support of network of partner institutions. Research and production that proceeded the exhibition was focused on ideas on aesthetics of networked image, distributed audience, technological observation as methodologies and processing of systemic visual data...
about contributors: In it's second incarnation project will feature individual artistic and technological works of: Jussi Ängeslevä and Ross Cooper, Wolfgang Staehle and Jan Gerber, Natalie Jeremijenko and Kate Rich, Michael Aschauer, as well as contributions from several global network partners (media labs and artist groups) from Latvia, Germany, Sweden, New Zeland, Spain, USA, Korea and Italy.
program: Exhibition is openning at UCSD/CRCA on Thursday June14th2007 at 7pm Event will be accompanied by program of Net.TALKS and selection of 4thSCREEN video screenings (this needs to be checked with Natalie for exact time).
