Plan Mexico and the SPP/NAFTA
I realized while researching more on the merida initiative, that there is a lot of evidence that the initiative is part of the larger globalization picture, specifically as it relates to the Security and Prosperity Partnership, what some are calling "NAFTA on steroids".
