Canada is out beating the bushes for all the skilled workers it can entice to our shores. God knows why. It doesn't know what to do with the doctors, lawyers, dentists and engineers it has already lured here. They arrive full of optimism, only to be rebuffed by various professional bodies. They then stagnate, underemployed, while their skills are sorely missed in their home countries.
